All Members of Unmanned Systems Canada
In accordance with the By-Laws, Unmanned Systems Canada is presently seeking nominations to fill three (3) vacant positions on its Board of Directors. Board Members are elected for three years, and are expected to actively participate in the affairs of the association.
Any Member in good standing may nominate a person to stand for election to the Board of Directors. Currently serving Directors who will complete their terms of office this year are eligible to stand for re-election. A nominee must:
be a member in good standing or is prepared to take out membership
be a resident of Canada
be at least 18 years of age
have agreed to stand for election
The following process should be followed:
Contact your nominee and confirm that his/she is willing to stand
Provide your name, organization, and email address
Provide the name of your nominee, his/her organization, and email address along with confirmation that he/she has agreed to stand for election and meets the conditions above
Send the required information to the Unmanned Systems Canada Executive Director at [email protected]

Elections to fill the vacant positions will be held over a two week period starting 26 September 24, 2016, ending 6 October. The new Board members will be announced at the AGM in Edmonton. The new board members will be expected to attend a transitional board meeting to be held in Edmonton on the evening of Monday 31 October.
