General Terms & Conditions

Unmanned Systems Canada is the official Canada Pavilion Organizer for Xponential 2016.

1. Acknowledgment
By submitting the Contract, the exhibitor acknowledges the present “General Terms & Conditions”, the rules and regulations of the
event venue as binding.

2. Registration
Submission of the Contract is legally binding and not an inquiry. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an exhibit Contract at any

Exhibit space rental does not include any of the following: shipping or freight-forwarding

4. Exhibit Space Assignment
a) Initial exhibit space assignment is based on first come, first served.
Exhibit space assignments will be made by the Organizer in keeping, where possible, with the preferences and priorities indicated
by the exhibitor.

5. Advertisements, Sales Activities and Presentations
The exhibitor may display products that they have manufactured. They agree to confine all products, service demonstrations an d
other sales activities to the limits of the contracted exhibit space and within the maximum height set by Xponential and the
Organizer. The exhibitor may not accept cash, cheques or credit cards for merchandise in the Exhibit Hall; however, orders may be
taken. Exhibitors electing to take orders must do so in a manner consistent with the professional nature of the exhibition.

6. Food and Beverage
All food and beverage must be arranged through the venue and must be contained within the exhibit space.

7. Exhibit Personnel
Exhibit staff registrations grant access to the Exhibit Hall. Badge pick- up will occur during exhibitor registration. No person will be
admitted to the Exhibition area without a badge. The exhibitor agrees to maintain a staff member in its exhibit space during
welcome reception, networking breaks and overall show hours.

8. Liability Insurance and Security
The Organizer and host venue shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor’s emplo yees
(public or other), any other person, and the exhibitors property from any cause whatsoever, prior, during, or subsequent to the
period covered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor, upon signing the contract, expressly releases the Organizer, its emplo yees,
its general service contractor and/or the host venue and agrees to indemnify and defend the same against any and all claims for
such loss, damages, or injury.

9. Booth Contents
Contents of Exhibitors booths must fit into the booth size allotted and abide all other requirements outlined in the terms and
conditions. If contents do not fit, adjustments will only be made to accommodate if space is available.

10. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if booth can be resold. A 20% processing fee will be applied.

11. Payments
All payments must be paid in full by Friday March 18, 2016
